Which comes first? 

A phone…but, no you need a bank account to get a phone—unless you do a pay-as-you-go phone and get charged an arm and a leg. 

A bank account so you can get a car, but no you need an address to get a bank account unless you’re willing to get a non-resident bank account which has some tax implications. 

So, maybe the house comes first...but, no you need a phone so you can call the agents to set up viewings.

Or, how about a job...but no, you need an address to get a job.

Let’s try getting a car so you don’t have to pay so much car rental fees…but no, you need cash for a car and that leads you back to the bank in America which means you have to call them for a transfer so you need a phone and a bank.

Hmmmm…I love a challenge!
